unrefined coconut oil is my friend! I put it on and in everything!

I got mine at aldis I live coconut oil I use it on everything basically

I don't use any specific brand because that really doesn't matter as long as you get virgin, unrefined coconut oil... organic is always best but not necessary if you can't afford it. the brand I have right now is ....lol let me go look
