Me and bd (soon to be hubby but aren't married yet) live together in AL, I filled out a food stamp application, and put his info down even though we aren't married will I get approved, do they even need his info since we aren't married?

if you guys live in the same house hold then its better to tell them his info if you got married and didn't tell them they could possibly take your privledges away for three years

ok we aren't married but we will be soon and I just added his info so I wasn't lying but can they deny me because of it if his income that he makes is higher than the household limit even though we aren't married?

yeah they could deny you but they give you the option to say if you guys prepare meals together and if your only applying for yourself you shouldn't have a problem
