Whenever something hurts I just ice it to numb it 😂 neosporin actually is like a layer of silicon over the wound holding everything in, it works if you're putting a bandaid on to keep it from sticking to the bandaid or wrap but unfortunately all you can really do is wait it out

Neosporin OR some A&D ointment. This one (or store brand, either works fine.)

they make neosporin that has pain reliever in it, so I'd go with what @lilfree16 and @tayek said
