I think I'm having contractions????

I can feel my stomach getting tight n it kinda hurts and it's also in my lower back... @keithallen

Does it go away if you sit or lie down? I'm trying to find someone I can tag to help out but I was told if you sit or lie down and it goes away it's not contractions
