I wish more people would read and believe this. people got mad at me because I said if I went over my due date I refused induction unless it was an emergency. I had my son at 40+1 I didn't really do anything to speed up the process. just bounced on a ball when I was in pre labor to relieve some of the pelvic pain

babies come when they are ready. and our bodys were made to know when that is. I however did get and epidural. right off the bat in pre labor I had intense contractions every 10 minutes and I couldn't sleep and labored at home for 3 days. my body got overly fatigued after being admitted but they couldn't send me home cause I was in stalled active labor. we tried iv meds to try and help me sleep so I got the epidural and progressed from a 4.5 to 10 in an hour so I didn't even get to sleep. I was bummed I didn't do it all natural but being fatigued was stressing my son ):

Exactly! There's a time an a place for interventions and it definitely sounded like it was used correctly in your case! ❤️
