Maybe someone can help me. My ob office told me to call my insurance. "Land of Lincoln" and ask for my deductible and what's uncovered. The lady was so rude when I asked her if she can explain it to me. She told me my deductible was 500 and out of pocket was 3,5000 and labor co pay was 750.

So what do I have to pay I'm sooo confused??

The lady was so mean to me and I felt stupid asking her again.
