First day starting to workout since birth and had to stop bc I hear baby crying on the monitor. only made it past warm up and 10 min into the video. now I'm discouraged and only want to shower and have coffee once she goes back to sleep.😴

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
