I know how you feel I have to wait til the 18th and I've already had 2 ultrasounds where they should be been able to tell me the gender and they didn't. they said I have to wait til my 4D ultrasound in Saginaw.

That sounds torturous! Hopefully put babies will cooperate for both of us.

I know its horrible I asked them if they could tell me and they just said I have to wait which is dumb because I seen in between my baby's legs on the ultrasound and I'm pretty sure its a girl but they wouldn't tell me if I was right or not.

My dr told me we will find out gender Dec 23rd at 15 weeks. But my anatomy scan isn't until January 21st, 19 weeks. They can totally tell before the anatomy scan.

@cmbwalker, I know your frustration I don't find out till a day after you. I wish I didn't have to wait so long

@njf1216, @mamaofangelbaby0610 my insurance won't cover an ultrasound before 20weeks unless it's considered an emergency. I only get this one and the dating scan. And I've heard they aren't as accurate if they tell you much earlier than 20 weeks, but who knows. Depends on the ultrasound tech and baby I'm sufe

I'm high risk so I go to a perinatologist who has top of the line equipment. I found out my last pregnancy at 16 weeks at an outside ultrasound place anyway. The 20 week anatomy scan is mostly to check for cord location in placenta, blood flow, and heart function, kidney size and spine check. My mom thought anatomy scan meant gender check 😂 I had to slowly explain it to her.
