My boyfriend has been so so picky with names. Like he was like that the first name has to have two syllables and the middle has to have three. They can't both start with the same letter and they can't sound anywhere near similar. Can't be too basic either. Refused to let me have Matthew as a middle name cause it was basic. Yet Alexander is acceptable (they are both equally common) He was making me cry because I don't want to be stuck wishing I had named him something else. Anyway so I had just told him he got no opinion in the name because he was being so so difficult and I've been thinking about names my entire life. Ugh. So eventually I picked Maddox Blake. And I LOVED it. I want to call him Maddie as a nickname. He hates Blake (even though I LOVE Blake so every name we've semi agreed on has had Blake in it) he hates the fact that I'm going to call him Maddie. Like its a fucking nickname it's not that serious. So we've finally decided on Maddox Averie. and I'm happy with it it was just so hard to get there. He was being so difficult. I'll be damned if I'm going to regret what I named my kid over his dumbass.

Thank you @rhonda.otero !!!! You're right like I have been dreaming about names my whole life lol I know he's the father and he should get an input but I can't help but feel like I have more of a right to the name !

Hahaha I did with Maddox he only kind of liked it. Averie was the name we picked for a girl but it's unisex and because he liked it i agreed ! I think if it had gone on any longer shit would've gotten real! @lacywriter91

Lmao my boyfriend wanted out son named after him but he has such a common name(it's james) I was like nooo it's gonna be Lincoln Anthony that's that he got the last name so he can kiss my ass lmao now with out daughter he doesn't like Lorelai cause it's off Gilmore Girls lol (im stuck between Lorelai and Lillth) gonna have to put my foot down with that one if I decide it's Lorelai

Everyone keeps suggesting to make him a JR and I was like No fucking way. My boyfriends name is Phillip Christopher. He goes by Chris. I like unique names too. I typed in the name I picked on Facebook to see how many others there were! Lol
