@thehowtohippie I need some advice on what to use. I was told Carter has baby eczema on his neck and I'm not a big fan of cortisone cream since it contains so many ingredients. is there any natural stuff I can put on it. I already tried breastmilk

I use vaseline, my daughter had it rly bad on her back and its almost all gone with jst using vaseline..

Definitely coconut oil! It always cleared up my eczema within a week (put it on 3x a day). It also clears up my son's diaper rash in a day. 👍

We were told Vaseline works as well. Aveeno also has baby wash and lotion to help that we've been using on our little guy that seems to helping clear it up.
