I believe the one i was using was called Period Diary.. Basically tells u what days your fertile to increase ur chances of conceiving of course.. Your body can be off sometimes and throw it off..i would recommend trackin her period for a few months to get a good idea of how regular she is.

Tell her to get an app that she can record her period on and track when she ovulates..knowing things like that help a lot!
