Is there any rights my fiancé has even though he don't have a lease? When we moved in the shower leaked a little no big deal right well now we have to pay to fix it Because it leaks so bad now. We can't have water on 24/7 she added a water bill out of nowhere because our shower leaked and she refused to fix it. And we went without water for 3 days because she didn't pay the water bill!! our fridge don't work milk goes bad over night so I won't be able to store Brest milk or any milk and the water not being on 24/7 forget formula. and our oven don't work!! So I can't even make a good lasagna!!

there is baby water at the store that you can buy that you mix in with baby formula.

dont pay your rent until she fixes the things that need fixed its the landlords responsibility.

...I would move. If there's no lease, then I don't think she's contractually obligated to fix anything or help out with stuff like that, and if that's the way she's acting, even with a lease, I don't think she'd include anything in there about offering to fix broken appliances.

then tell the landlord if they cant fix the things that need fixed you want your deposit back and move out. or save up and move out. or dont pay rent for a month or 2 and use that money to get a differnt place.

if you're paying rent, she is obligated to fix it because she owns the place. you can refuse to pay rent until she fixes it

and just because there's no lease agreement doesn't mean that she doesn't have to fix it. she owns the place, it's her responsibility to fix things if she's going to be renting it out to someone
