Regular hot baths are perfectly fine.

The rule is to make sure your body temperature doesn't reach 102 degrees for more than 10 minutes, which is more of a hot tub temperature or a really hot bath, so a nice warm bath is just fine!

hot baths can cause labor tho. my doctor, my mom. and my sister have all told me not to take hot bayhs. warm is fine but not hot
