What does your contractions feel like cause my belly is so sore especially to push down on it on the right side it hurts to sit, lay down I don't know what is going on😔

@shy444, its right above my butt and wraps around both sides . Bad period cramps plus the baby pushing in my hips I think. Belly really hard
