When the time comes, how long do you have before you absolutely have to get to the hospital after your water breaks if it does? My hubby works 45 minutes from home and I wouldn't want to go without him and an ambulance might cause me to have an anxiety attack... I need him there for everything no matter how small lol.

it all depends. if your group b is positive you have to go immediately. and regardless you're supposed to call your doctor and tell them the time it broke, amount of fluid,color,and odor.

yeah. it's tricky. cause sometimes even if you don't have group b they want you immediately. if it happens just make sure he's easily reachable and call your doctor describing the fluid and if your group b negative they will tell you if you can wait it out or not.
