Your baby is getting plenty of nutrients from that. It would be better if you could eat more but he is taking what he needs from what your eating. Don't forget prenatals as well.

Take vitamins and pre natals I had the same issue in the beginning so bad that I couldn't keep anything down have you tried protein shakes and clear liquids to at least keep hydrated I was hospitalized a few times for dehydration now I can eat all day lol

Yeah i take prenatals. And believe me the issue is not my appetite or anything lol it's just rough times and barely having food in the house @babybermea

Apply for emergency food stamps . Being pregnant they won't deny you also I can give you the name of some food pantry that can help with groceries in the Houston area . And apply for wic ! They won't deny you either @deelovesdash

I had to quit my job bc I was high risk and I got wic . They offer a lot of different services too like pregnancy classes and free baby stuff

I have WIC. And Okay i just remembered that I needed to get on the computer and fill that application out lol. Thanks @babybermea

Go to the office and tell them you need the card the same day and they will interview you on the spot . My sister in law went a couple months ago . And she recieved it all the same day .
