Yeah it's normal to feel overwhelmed but if it gets to the point where you feel like hurting you or your baby you should seek help. Venting always helped me. It's gonna be okay mamas ❤️ the beginning is definetly hard but it passes and you will get through it, you're a great mom. @bebeonboard
Hopefully you're just dealing with baby blues and it doesn't spin into something more severe. But if you ever feel like you need to seek a doctor's help, even for a split second, go. I ended up going through postpartum psychosis, but I was thankfully educated on it and knew when something was wrong. I got the help I needed immediately.
