This insomnia is disruptive. Anyone talk to their doctors about it? I seriously have to be out the house before 7am
@kaygrig, lol I took ambient briefly when I worked nights and it was a life saver. A week and I was able to get back into a rhythm but now I'm all over the map and it's causing adverse affects in school.
Yes. Even with the ambien I still don't sleep all night because I have to use the bathroom. Lol
@kaygrig, Lol so being pregnant screws your sleep cycle? And since I'm responding now means I haven't left my house yet. I need to get to math class.
They give me ambien in the hospital to help me sleep. Drs said no sleep is apart of being pregnant but to have a " routine" . I wanted to slap him lol 😁 but apparently it's true since all of us are up talking about it. When I was home I created a routine like the dr said. I would wake up at 230am. ( no alarm clock that was just the time Logan would play with my bladder) I would get up and pee. Walking to the bathroom helped me stretch my legs and back which sometimes were tight. I'd get a piece of fruit because water doesn't help me when my mouth feels like cotton and I don't want to have to pee again in 10 minutes. Turn on the tv or get on preggie until I went back. People that can sleep through the night God bless them lol
@babymay2016, so true! 😂 Mouth gets desert dry and I just try to close my eyes and pretend lol
i dont. i gave up. i just be on my phone until my eyelids get tired and then go to sleep
I feel you. It's honestly miserable. I'm so tired but I can't stay asleep when I go to sleep. Then ONLY at night time does my mouth get super dry to where I have to keep drinking, and that makes the peeing even worse. And baby ONLY moves when I'm trying to sleep.
@babymay2016, that's my problem I honestly can't sleep. I haven't had REM sleep since the beginning. Restless legs, fibroid pain, needing to pee, muscle aches. Plus I'm a full-time student. My brain is mush.
my doctor told me to take unisom maybe you could talk to your doc and see if its right for you...
I know that probably doesn't seem to help at all but I totally feel you. When I sleep, I sleep for 20 to 30 minutes and that's all. Its impossible. I hate it.
I went to the hospital tonight I was told you can take Tylenol pm for pain and to help rest
I bet. Not getting sleep it's hard to function
