I'd wait for a while. With my first, I didn't need much until I was 6 months along. With my second, I was probably 4 months. Congratulations! Generally, maternity clothing is purchased on your regular size. I was a 12 in pants pre- prep and so large maternity pants were perfect for me. The ladies at the maternity store are great too. They helped to fit me in maternity bras once I needed them. Good luck!
