Haven't had a period is 45 days, blood test was negative on Monday. This morning I had a couple spots of blood. Any ideas? Was wondering if maybe my period wasn't late just irregular, and maybe this was implantation bleeding.

This is reaaaally late for implementation bleeding. Unless your cycles are super long. More likely you stressing out over it is causing it to delay and be spotty.
