Have any of you mommies ever had problems with specific bones hurting during pregnancy?? My knees seriously hurt so bad. It hurts to bend them and it hurts to keep them straight for to long. I don't know what I can do to relieve the pain. Any ideas?? Tylenol doesn't work

sounds like ligaments not bone. from swelling most likely. heat. swimming is a great exercise for pregnancy

@_akgirl, I live in pa so I can't really swim right now and I don't know of any indoor swimming pools around here

my tailbone has been hurting so bad that it hurts to sit down and move from sitting to standing

@arijane316, it's seriously so bad even walking up the stairs I have to go one step at a time and put both feet on the step before going up or down to the other, if I'm sitting I have to go really slow to get up and hold my knees and it still hurts. Even going to sit down to pee hurts I have to like hurry up and plop down extremely fast. I'm scared one of these days I'll miss the toilet and fall on the floor

when you sit on the couch, put your legs up and put pillows under your calves to keep your legs elevated. also alternate between a heating pad and ice pack. do you take tylenol?

@arijane316, I'll try the pillow and ice/heat. Thanks for that advice! And I did take Tylenol but it doesn't work

Oh bummer :/ should get some icy hot cream or bengay. it'll help alot
