So i was at the store the other day and came across the eggnog. I sat there wondering if I should get some or not cause I'm a huge eggnog person, especially when Christmas is around the corner. So I guess I was just wondering if it's okay for pregnant women to have it?

The store bought kind is usually fine as long as it's pasteurized. It's the homemade kind they say to stay away from.
