I'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and I'm still throwing up daily. I don't know how I'm supposed to gain weight when I'm always nauseous. Then when I do work up an appetite, I can't keep the food down 😕

It'll go away. it's normal to lose weight in the first trimester anyway

I lost 30 lbs. then I asked for diclegis it's the only medically safe medication for the baby. it was like night and day best nausea medicine ever.

Ask them for samples of Diclegis, it's very expensive and insurance usually doesn't cover it. I'm 15 weeks in the same boat. I use vitamin B6 and Unisom. Google it, it helps, I promise.

They actually gave me some samples. And they gave me a coupon for $30 off. And I'm like $30 off? How much does this thing cost. Turns out the coupon was expired and my insurance doesn't cover it. Doctor told me to take 4 pills a day. And the sample only has 8 pills in. I just don't want to start if it's going to be really expensive and I can possibly manage it on my own. It's getting really unmanageable so might just have to suck it up and get it. @dontberidiculous

@ayyeblackberry__, Yep, Diclegis is upwards of $300 for a 30 day supply. The vitamin B6 and Unisom is essentially what Diclegis is. You can buy those over the counter and take them. If you look it up, you'll find suggested doses. I promise it helps and it's affordable.
