Am I suppose to make these or use this stuff on my vagine after I give birth lol ? Seems so crucial…

it's supposed to help vagina with the pain after delivery. it chills you and helps collect discharge. I loved the cold pads it was a life saver. and to see I can make them myself is even more exciting

it's up to you. I would definitely make them because the more the better trust me you are going to love using them they help out so much. plus I had 10 stitches with my son so if I knew about this I would've been prepared lol they give you ice pads but I wish they would've gave more because I used them every 2 hours so eventually they were all used up

I didn't. I used dermaplast spray. I dont like the cold from ice packs

@babybermea, I didn't I used dermaplast spray also but than again I didn't rip either they give u the spray in the hospital and worked for me :)

So that spray is something they offer you at the hospital if needed ? @tae23 @maggie1129 I just kept seeing this on Pinterest and assumed it was to soothe or something bc i have never gone through the process lol

@babybermea, yes they gave it to me both times the first time u go to the restroom they give u a water bottle to rinse every time u go to the restroom and than u spray!! So u don't have to buy it:) but like I said b4 I didn't tear so I don't know anything about that!!
