I know this is a weird question but has anyone had a feeling kind of in their vagina area that feels like a heartbeat or like pulsing? It doesn't hurt or anything but it's weird.

Yes you have like 50% more blood or something like that so basically you can feel a pulsating anywhere in your body

Later on in pregnancy it can be from baby hiccups but you're 14 weeks so it's probably your pulse that you feel from increased blood flow.
