contraction questions, Some women told me they have to start at the top of uterus and feel like tightening today my Dr told me They are actually more real the lower in the adomin they are and do not have to feel like tightening at all have any of yous had low contractions that where just a big pain and not tighting

I'm 38 weeks and I get sharp, cramping pains right below my belly button to my cervix it feels like and my face turns red like I'm burning up but I'm not really and it just feels like period cramps then goes away. When I feel my lower abdomen, it feels tight but I don't feel the actual "tightening" as they say. So I'm kinda in the same boat as you.

it is different for every pregnancy and every person a lot say it feels like period cramps with my first it started as a light pain like stretching at my hips and then would move to the front of my belly and would get tight. with my daughter my contractions were at my hips and move to the front of m uterus it you feel any tightening on your belly time them those are usually contractions
