I would check with your doctor because mine told me if I have pain on the upper right side rib area that doesn't go away to come in

@jaleasa88, I see her next Thursday and it's only been today that it's happening. if it's still hurting in the morning I'll call her. it's not on my ribs, but in between each side like right where my stomach/diaphram are

could be because everything is moving upward it could also be your baby pushing up against your ribs.
