I EBF and I was wondering if not pumping while I'm at work (I work 6 hour shifts) will lower my milk…

EBF means exclusively breast feed btw I should have just typed it out lol

It may, I EBF and pump every 2-3 hours because my body is used to that. Thats how often my son feeds so your body may get confused

She eats a lot but not for the long like maybe 10 min every hour but sometimes she'll go like 4 hours without eating @des_a_rayy @aek91

I would just be careful, shes still little so she eats less at a time but may eat alot. Everytime she feds she triggers your body to make milk and she can trigger your body to increase your supply so if you do the opposite well your at work you can decrease your supply. I know my 5 month old eats alot so if I was to go that long I would be really really engorged lol id have a boob job lol

Alright I'm gunna start pumping then cause I'm planning on breastfeeding till she's atleast a year old and I don't want to have any problems down the road cause I'm not pumping @des_a_rayy

I think if you were to pump once at the 3hr mark of your shift youd be good :) it sucks to keep pumping at work but I know my little man depends on me, I pump about 3 times at work and once before I leave

I'll start taking my hand pump then and just freezing it at work to keep my supply up @des_a_rayy
