🚨🚨🚨🚨so ladies I don't know what to do! my supervisor is trying to find ways to fire me like he put me on a 2 week probation for missing work because I was at the hospital.. and today he put me on a written warning but he lied about me missing work on days I didn't last week and I'm just really tired of this job it's at a call center I'm sitting down alll day and on the phone all day it causes me headaches which makes me throw up because of the pain but I feel like no where else will hire me being pregnant :/

you are early on so its your choice if you want to bring that to their attention immediately or not ... but after you do let them know ..... they can't discriminate and use pregnancy as a reason to not hire you . no job supposed to

Yea but I'm already showing and like with my first pregnancy like 2 places did not want to hire me because I was pregnant

well you could take legal action , that is against the law it is discrimination ... whether your showing or not .

all they have to say is that they found a better qualified person you cant d
sue unless you have absolute proof that is the reason you were not hired and 90% the court wants it in writing now asked a lawyer about it my self

Start looking now you aren't far along to where you a showing a lot and you don't have to tell them in an interview that you are pregnant. But I would take legal action right away!
