So I came to an agreement that when I go into labor I don't want anyone to know. I will not post anything on my facebook or ig. The only two people I will have in the room is my sister in law (brothers wife) and my boyfriend. I don't want anyone in my bfs side of the family to know. I want my son to meet his little brother before anyone else does. I want to spend an hour with my bf and both my babies and no one else. With fonso I had a c section and my bfs whole family posted a picture of my son all over their social networks when I haven't even seen my son for the first time. And now they haven't asked not once to see how my pregnancy is going and how everything is, the only time they called to see what happened was when I was in the hospital. so fuck that. they will be the last to know.

@searrahmone, I'm over all of them, my son's first birthday was Sunday and no one in his family bothered to call or send a message to say happy birthday. NO ONE ! After that, girl I'm done with each and everyone of them. that hurt me so much.

Basically what we are doing. No one will know I am in labor except for very few, and even then we will have a password set up so only a few people that know the password are allowed in. With my first people who were not even invited showed up and it bothered me so bad.

I'm so afraid that this will happen. My mother in law doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut even when we tell her to. Before we were pregnant, she knew her son was going to propose to me and she posted about it on Facebook! It hadn't even happened and my family definitely did not know that we were even talking about getting married! Then she told everyone on his side of the family our daughters name before we got the chance to do so. So of course she's going to post about our baby even if we tell her not to. It's annoying because when we tell her not to tell people the stuff we tell her she always acts so hurt like she can't believe we think that she'd do that. She gets under my skin so bad.

girl same here. when I posted my baby's sonogram picture I asked all of them too not to post it because my bfs baby mommas family follows them. and they still posted it. ugh I hate it. his mom, sister and cousin posted a picture of my son before I even had the chance to meet him myself. that's why this time around no one will know I'm in labor. @autumn

That's a really good idea. I'm sure people will have problems with that, but it's not their child. Who cares if they get upset.
