Who else works full time and is going to work up until the day they deliver?!
@marce88, @nica26 @rebtastic @her_plus_her_and_me @cdgfreeman 👏👏 hard working ladies! I just started my job in September and they're already not too happy about me taking 6 weeks off. I would like to stop two weeks earlier but then that would be less time with the baby after he comes. I don't know what to do. I really want to ask for 12 weeks off (it's all unpaid anyways) but they're just hard asses here.
I tried too. but went into preterm labor and got pushed oit of work on strict bedrest. Yay for twin pregnancies
I did. I sit at a desk in a office. Thought it would be easy because I wasn't on my feet but my back would feel broken by the end of the day.
I'm a restaurant manager and I'm working until about a week before due date. I work 50+ hours a week with no breaks so it's gonna be hard but the longer I work, the longer I stay home with baby
Yeah everyone kept asking why I was staying. I didn't want to use my time before the baby. And i really don't want to stay home unpaid. Can't afford it. Sometimes we can go back part time so I'm gonna look into that
