@alyen2, @tae23 @lilyandkaidynsmommy I was thinking of doing that, I don't know if my hospital automatically does it or not but do any of you know if doing that will make it so you can't do cord blood banking?
I'm doing the same and delayed bathing so we can have skin to skin plus the vernix (white stuff on baby) plus the amiotic fluid prevents infection so longer its on then better it is for baby and moisturizes there skin 😊

Yes we did it. My hospital recommended it. It's good for baby. Glad we did it.
