Any remedies for lower back pains??? My lower spinal cord and lower back is KILLING me 😔😔

When I was pregnant I had the worst lower back pain, I could barely walk. The only thing I was able to do was use the heating pad on low heat 😕

i had to stop workinggg bc of back pain and lately i feel so good

try this take a nice warm batch , and drink some tea and try to relax. if that don't work still take a bath and then take some Tylenol with water .

I do Tylenol and heating pads its always helped me some
