I pay for 3d/4d scans.. although the ultrasound technician was nice enough to show us a 3d version :) so I guess it depends

I had a ultrasound just yesterday. I asked and she switched it to 3D and gave me pictures. Just ask! It never hurts.

If they're nice , they'll bill your just like its regular ultrasound. Like mine did. Depends on how nice the tech is ... & your insurance ... Blah blah blah . Lol.

depends, if your doctor is nice or what insurance you have, but usually they won't.
