#HyperemesisGravidarum #Pregnancy Update: Eating small meals + maintaining hydration - vomiting (1-3 x a week) 🙏🏼 Each day is different and still resting as much as I can. I used to exercise regularly and kept a pretty healthy lifestyle overall pre-pregnancy. My goal now is to exercise 10 minutes a day to gain my strength back while eating as healthy as possible. • Never taking my health for granted, HG has changed my way of living and has made me so appreciative of the little things in life that we overlook: eating, hydration, exercise, independence, and more. I'm nowhere near 100% but I have improved tremendously at #22weeks. Baby boy is healthy, growing, and kicking momma at all times of the day. 💙💙💙
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. Congratulations to everyone and I wish you all wonderful pregnancies and deliveries! ??❤️

I have been tried to eat pretty healthy. But my weight is getting higher more than I expected. Over a week, I gained 10LB, total 28LB 😥😥😥I was over weight before I got pregnant. And I know my 30w-40w I will gain more...I am hungry all day but I can t enjoy eating. How do you guys eating healthy meal and snack?
Does anyone have any recommendations to lose weight after they have had their baby which worked? E.g. exercise dvds, slimming clubs etc. I’m not confident enough to go to a gym so things I can do at home. I know I have to eat healthy and exercise, but anything that has helped? I have been everything from a size 6 to a size 22, and I’m kind of in the middle at the moment and want to lose a 2-3 stone as my confidence isn’t great x
