i had my first all natural but I was induced. I got through the pain by keeping my eyes closed and I just pictured something relaxing like my husband and I walking on the beach with our son. also weeks before labor I would lay in a hot tub close my eyes take deep breaths and Fox use on breathing when my husband felt like it he would get in his swim suit and sit behind me and rub my belly it helped bother of us really connect to our baby and each other. it was peaceful and really helped with my pain

you can do it girl but just incase the pain gets to be to much id sign the papers just incase you decide you want it, but every time i pushed it was like the pain left .

np :) positive mindset I always tell my self I have been through labor I can do ANYTHING! lol I know it's silly but that's how I keep positive

Our bodies are made for this, it's what we're meant to do. Yes it'll be painful at times and tiring but in the end it's all worth it and you realize it was only a very short period of time. The pain will end and you'll have a beautiful baby to focus on.

I did mine all natural. you can do it too!! I didn't have any pain meds either. totally worth it.

oh honey I was so worried about it but than I thought I can do this. my mom had a natural birth 4 times with no meds. so I told myself if she can do it 4 times I can do it.
