For all my mommies who suffer from anxiety disorder. Is it normal to feel a tightening sensation like something is wrapped around your neck. When my anxiety is high I just can't shake that feeling, my doctor says its normal. But does anyone else have that anxiety symptom? Its a very stressful feeling! and since I'm lacking sleep today my anxiety is worse than usual. 😢

Yes I see homeopathic message therapist. Best decision of my life. She helps me so much! I just really don't wanna be on meds so I see her once every two months or when I feel my anxiety coming again

when I have an anxiety attack my throat and chest tighten up to where I can't breath. I don't take medication anymore cause the medicine I was on made me to where I had like no emotion at all and I didn't like it. when I get in one of my bad places my fiance is the only one that can calm me down.

Depends what meds he puts you on. My husband takes Xanax occasionally for anxiety and it's $10 with our insurance.

It's pretty pricey but it's worth it! It's 140 for me for 90 minutes

hmm, 90 mins though that is actually pretty OK, especially if its effective. @edomke

yep, I wish it wasn't, but anxiety manifest in many different ways, and the physical are the hardest to handle sometimes.

I used to have it and it was awful...i actually though I was gonna die and couldnt breath. I was in the begining taking them meds. But honestly it just made it worse. I went to talk to a therapist and she told me not to take them anymore. Best medicine was to talk about all the stress and problems that caused me the anxiety attack. I havent had them for long time, probably about 8years except 2 times while I was pregnant.
