@lillady, that's not true... My little boy was born dec 26th and we were able to file him on our taxes. It's as long as they are born before January 1st.

@lillady, yup it's the same anywhere and everywhere they can literally be a day old and you can file them for the whole year. My best friends mom does our taxes so that's how we found out.
