he's super weird though. I've seen him 3 times in the 7 months I've lived here. he never really leaves his apartment. and if he does he's super paranoid. the first time I saw him I got the most negative uneasy feeling @adamsmaaa

nope! we haven't seen him since October so at least I know he's still alive. he lives with some woman and she works.

I think he may have a mental issue. and she's old enough to be his mom so I figured she's his caretaker of some sort. cause I don't always see her there. but anyway yeah it's weird @adamsmaaa

this is why I think he has some sort of disability. I went and took my boyfriend to work and came back to this. he dumped some sort of white residue in his doorway like in supernatural. @adamsmaaa

Ohhhh ok I get it. I think she is a therapist of some sort and he had problems. That white powder at the door way is a method for the superstitious to ward off evil
