Start walking and exercising to build up stamina. The stronger you are and the longer you can go will help it go quicker and you'll have more energy to keep going. Labor and delivery is an intense workout
I know is easier said then done, but try to relax your body as much as possible. if you need meds to help then that's OK, they'll help you relax, cuz the more relaxed you are the faster your labor should be -)
