So I have an appointment with my doctor regarding mirena birth control and cobra birth control. Im supposed to choose one of them. What your experience about these. Dont know if they have cobra in US. But its a nonhormonal birth control. Ive been using pills which isnt good for me cuz I keep gaining weight, exactly how it went with my first pregnancy. After using pills I just kept gaining weight. And after I stopped using it I started loosing weight and was as healthy I could be.
