Been off work for two days and usually I welcome the break...been in the house for most of it...apart from nipping to the shop today (due to the bad weather) and I'm sooo restless...I'm dying to get started on the babys room and shopping but I'm only 11 weeks and due my first scan next week...how long did you all wait before starting on these things??xx

My bubba is going to share a room with daddy and I for a year or so :) So I can leave it until later xD My mum and I went to Ikea when I was about 6 weeks and got some little toys xD 😍 She couldn't resist getting them! I bought a few clothes after my 12 week scan :) I also bought the pram at 14.5 weeks :) After the 20 week scan I bought some more clothes(don't have a lot to be honest) Everything is white because I don't know what I am having :) I got the moses basket not long after my 20 week scan :) I have a few blankets etc. I also have a few packs of nappies :) I say do things when you are ready to xD There's no rush xD I'm 30 weeks, Haven't washed any of the clothes yet or sorted out where things are going to go :) @lellytoosh82

ahh brilliant...I've bought a few odds and ends...cpl of cuddley toys...a blankie..and my mum has already started knitting little hats and stuff lol...I'm just so impatient...plus I work full time and thinking I might struggle when I'm further on to do everything plus holding down a full time job. especially as me and babas dad aren't together anymore. Thanks so much for the advice :) xx

I waited until I had my scan just so I knew everything was okay! and also with your scan being so close to Christmas it wouldn't be a bad thing waiting a little while as you can hit the sales just after Santa's been 🎄
