Like $3 or $4 at Walmart for a bottle of 100. And I take 2 pills three times a day! It works wonders and is why I'm able to breastfeed my daughter all day and also pump multiple times a day in order to create a breastmilk stash in the freezer.
Yes I do recommend still drinking the tea. I drink the tea and take the pills. For me I noticed a change in about 24 hours. It's kind of weird but taking the pills makes you smell like maple syrup. They say if you start smelling like maple syrup then the pills are working!
