If you have a normal pregnancy no. But if you have any complications you will...most times at 34 weeks depending on the problem. I only had at 12 and a 20 weeks. Plus a couple emergency ones x

No typically you don't however I have a growth scan at 34 weeks due to my "high BMI" 😂. My antenatal consultant was my gynaecologist when I was a teenager so he suggested I have a scan to check on baby's growth. So far she's measuring ahead as I had a combined private 4D and growth scan at a clinic that I paid for when I was 29 weeks. It was brilliant. It was a baby bonding experience and I have to go back this Sunday at 32 weeks as the placenta was obscuring her face too much for a decent 4D experience lol x

Not really unless there are any complications or a reason for you to have a scan or private. I get frequent water infections that's why I have a consultant and i have to have a growth scan at 34 weeks because of my age I'm quite young (18) that's what's my consultant said xxx

hmm I've just turned 19 but haven't heard anything about a growth scan, I didn't know that so thank you at least now j can ask if I should have a growth scan as the rest of my pregnancy is 'normal ' xxx

I'm 15, and only had a scan at 12 and 20, (plus the scans I paid for privately) but being low risk, I haven't had any more scans

I am having growth scan from 28 weeks onwards every week coz of high risk.. !! @ybutton

i had a scan at 12 weeks, 20 weeks, 28 weeks, 32 weeks and 36 weeks due to low "PAPP A" but if the pregnancy is going well and theres no problems you probably wont have anymore unless you need a growth scan at some point due to measuring under/over or less fetal movements xx

I'm 17, When I was pregnant with my first I had a scan like every 2-3 weeks but that was because they found cysts on my daughters lung at 21weeks and my BMI was low and I was aneamic or how ever you spell it, and my placenta was on my front wall xxx
