ok so I have a question...yesterday was the big O day...but tomorrow I'm gettin my wisdom teeth…

ok so I have a question...yesterday was the big O day...but tomorrow I'm gettin my wisdom teeth removed and I will be on pain meds of course for about a week...do yu think any of that will interfere with conceiving or if it will do any harm if I do conceive & of course don't kno it yet...& I'm kinda sad that if I did conceive I won't be able to look out for these really really early pregnancy symptoms lol...
