@carlyann00, are you a nurses aide? Don't jeopardize your health or your babies. I see pct/pca's who are pregnant (we don't use cna's at our hospital) pull and push and clean these bariatric patient by themselves while pregnant and it's not healthy. When I wasn't pregnant I would help even if I'm a nurse. Because some nurses think they're too good to assist in helping clean patients with the aide. Its not worth it for you at the end. Take care my dear and don't push yourself.

@nurseriri, yes I'm a CNA I planned on working until my doctor told me it was time to stop. I'm calling her in the morning. Pains don't seem to be stopping.

@carlyann00, if you work in the hospital setting go to LnD. And listen to you dr. I'm due Christmas day and my maternity leave starts 12/18. Think I can make it cause my job is not as laborious. Again take care of yourself and the baby.

I'm a cna as well and experience the same pain. Thankfully my nurses assigned me easy pts and my coworkers wouldn't let me hardly lift a finger. Put you and baby's health first, wait until you have help with heavier pts. Ask the nurse for help if you have too.
