My nephew is 4. Poor baby can't sleep. He's coughing and sneezing. Has been all day. Just checked his temp is 101.2. Anything I can do to help besides the medicine? His 2 year old brother is sick too. I just hope they don't get my 6 month old sick.

do you have any vics? if so you can rub a little on his chest and the bottom of his feet then put socks on him. also a damp cool wash cloth on his for head should help bring his fever down with medicine as well as a cool bath. If you're giving Tylenol you can alternate Tylenol and Motrin every four hours to break the fever.

you can but put as little as possible on him. If it starts bothering him immediately clean it off of him.

this is the one I use on my son. I would recommend you getting it instead of regular Vicks. it's safe for kids 3 months and older and works wonders. my little one has been sick and I've had to use it to help his cough lately.
