anyone ever star to get a numb feeling in yr arms and feeling like yr going to faint? it's getting worse. can't catch my breath, almost fainting.. im 34 weeks..

I really need a best friend! But, I feel like every time I get close to someone something always happens and we fall out.. happened with my best friend of 15 yrs... so now if I feel I’m getting close to someone I always push them away 🤦🏻♀️ I really need to work on that!! 😐
I'm trying not to get excited but I just got a faint positive omg trying not to get to excited but it's there.
Seriously felt like I was going to faint again right now 😔 i feel horrible my hearing went away for a couple seconds & i started feeling hot inside my body. I hope I don't faint am praying I don't it's such a scary feeling.
