Soak your pads in witch hazel and freeze them. The witch hazel helps heal your stitches faster and the cold pad will help the swelling. Also warm baths.

@ms.sadelove, There's really not much more you can do😔 it sucks! I had a second degree tear, it took me the full time to heal

@alauraandabdielsmom, I use the warm water and the hospital gave me some pain relieving spray but that don't work really then my mom just caught me some cooling pad things

And pat dry!! don't wipe forcefully😳

Tucks pads and squirting warm water on them and I used a spray antibiotic pain healing thing lol
