I told my husband i don't want to give birth in a hospital gown, I wanna feel pretty and after ranting about how stupid that is, he showed up with this dress...I will put a better pic in the comments but this is his disapproving thumbs down for the idea of a dress for the event Lmao but I love it and its so comfy and I feel weirdly better about giving birth now 😜 Anyways, I love this guy he's the best 😘

It's cute, but dnt make the mistake I did! Trust me, giving birth is messy messy & will RUIN it! Wait until they come out & they clean u all up, then change in it, that's when you'll want to feel pretty ☺️

they usually keep you 24 to 48 hours just to be safe @tahtahme

They teach you some stuff so although uncomfortable and nothing like home the nurses will help with breastfeeding tips and other stuff also.

I've never heard of anyone being released the same day they gave birth. But if everything is normal u get to load those babies up & go home 24-48hours later! They'll have to run test & check the babies to b sure everything's good w them & U too! I had my baby about 7pm on the 16th & went home about 3pm the 18th & I was sooooooo ready to go!

Me neither @theredheadchic but when my sis had my niece the girl who was sharing the room with her had her baby in the morning and she was up and walking in her jeans all super hero like and got to go home but donno if it was her first babe or not.
